RICHMOND ARMS
After extensive renovation and redesign the Richmond Arms is reborn. A family run Restaurant/Bar this is the place to come for a drink and a light snack, for a relaxed lunch, or an evening meal in an informal setting. The chef will be using locally grown food in an innovative way to reflect the top quality ingredients produced in this area. Two well appointed en-suite bedrooms have been added to provide comfortable country accommodation.
Opening times are Wednesday to Sunday for Lunch Wednesday to Saturday for Dinner
William Jack the chef/proprietor is a direct descendent of the Goodger and Weston families who have farmed in this area for over 300 years. They were renowned for their pedigree Southdown sheep, they owned the butcher’s shop in West Ashling and ran the Fox and Hounds Pub in Funtington in the 40’s and 50’s
